Telangana BJP Chief's Son Charged For Allegedly Assaulting Batchmate

 Telangana Police senior authority said that a body of evidence was documented against Bandi Sai Bhageerath based on an objection held up by school specialists.



Telangana Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president Bandi Sanjay's child Bandi Sai Bhageerath has been reserved for supposedly attacking a confidential college understudy, the police said on Thursday.

A case under IPC segments 341, 323, 504, 506, and 34, and furthermore under Segment 4 (ii) of The Andhra Pradesh Disallowance of Ragging Act, 1997 has been enrolled against him, authorities said.


According to authorities, the move has been made based on a video shared via web-based entertainment on Monday in which Bhageerath should have been visible purportedly slapping his batchmate on the college grounds.


After the matter became exposed, college specialists gave it to the disciplinary board and coordinated a request.


Telangana Police senior authority said that a body of evidence was recorded against Bandi Sai Bhageerath based on a protest held up by school specialists.


"A test has been sent off We took up examination. Notice will be served," said Telangana Police senior authority.


BJP boss Bandi Sanjay said that assuming his child misunderstands done anything, the police ought to make a move against him. "My child has given up. Assuming he misunderstands done anything, the police ought to make a move against him," Bandi Sanjay told journalists.


On Wednesday while responding to the claims, Bandhi Sanjay said that the episode occurred two months prior at the College grounds in Hyderabad.


"My child's bunch mate bothered a young lady by messaging her. He battled with his batchmate in the wake of finding that the last option took the young lady's number from his telephone. The matter was settled then, at that point," said Bandi Sanjay.


Prior, Bandi Sanjay claimed that the decision Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) government pioneers "released" the video at the command of Boss Pastor K Chandrashekhar Rao, in a bid to dole out political retributions.


"The IT cell of BRS Party has spilled it via web-based entertainment only for political additions and with their only expectation to sully my appearance. Boss Pastor KCR and his intemperate child can't confront me Strategically and resort to modest governmental issues. They are presently hauling my child fully intent on ruining his profession," he asserted.
