World: Eid-Ul-Fitr To Be Celebrated In India On May 3 As Moon Not Sighted Today

 Eid 2022: Markazi Chand Committee head Khalid Rasheed Firangi Mahali likewise declared that the Shawwal moon had not been located and consequently Eid would be commended on May 3.

Fatehpuri Masjid Imam Mufti Mukarram Ahmad let PTI know that the Ruet-e-Hilal Committee of the mosque reached many spots in New Delhi, West Bengal, Bihar and different pieces of the country to lay out that the moon had not been located anyplace.


"In this way, Monday will be the last day of Ramzan and Eid will be praised on Tuesday," he said.
