A hoodlum conveying the most elevated award by the Delhi Police was captured alongside three of his accessories from Chhatarpur region, police said on Tuesday.

His three partners have been distinguished as Sohail Arshad, 23, an inhabitant of Madangiri, as is Shahrukh, Sameer Umar, 29, an occupant of Tigri, and Yusuf-Ur-Rehman, 23, an inhabitant of Turkman Gate, they said.
On Monday, police got a clue about Shahrukh's development in Chhatarpur region, a senior cop said.
Following up on the data, police seized him and his three partners sitting in a vehicle nearby. They were found possessing refined guns and live ammo, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Special Cell) Manishi Chandra said.
Shahrukh had been delivered released early May 2020 under a crisis measure during COVID-19 pandemic. While he was out, his tutors Hashim pseudonym Baba and Rashid were captured, police said.
